Get ready for an evening dedicated to one of Japan’s most-loved comfort foods. Sushi Atelier’s Gyoza Party returns on Tuesday 6 October 2026, bringing together five handcrafted gyoza styles, sushi and Japanese drinks for a fun-filled evening in Fitzrovia.

Whether you’re a lifelong gyoza fan or discovering these delicious Japanese dumplings for the first time, this is an evening you won’t want to miss.

Five Gyoza Styles, One Great Night

Gyoza are a staple of Japanese dining, loved for their crisp, golden bases, delicate wrappers and delicious fillings. For our Gyoza Party, the Sushi Atelier team will be serving five different handcrafted gyoza styles, giving guests the chance to enjoy a variety of flavours and preparations throughout the evening.

From the first crispy bite to the last, expect plenty of delicious Japanese flavours, with each gyoza bringing something different to the table.

And because no Sushi Atelier event would be complete without sushi, we’ll also be serving some of your favourite sushi dishes alongside the gyoza.

A Complimentary Koyo Sour

To make the evening even more special, every guest will receive a complimentary Koyo Sour.

Created in partnership with Iichiko Shochu, the Koyo Sour combines Iichiko shochu with apricot for a refreshing seasonal cocktail inspired by the changing colours and flavours of autumn.

It’s the perfect drink to enjoy alongside crispy, freshly prepared gyoza.
